We've found a reliable way to reproduce this kind of problem. Install arcade fairplay protected game off test flight while logged into your apple id. Log out of your apple id. Restart. Run Game while logged out. Log back into your apple id. Run game and watch it try to repair your apple arcade installation of the game and fail mightily.
